YOGA AND MINDFULNESS RETREAT
Activities take place daily in the morning, on 8 days (a free day on Saturday included). Yoga practice is before breakfast, mindfulness theory and practice after the breakfast and a yoga class in the afternoon (facultative).
Mindfulness practice of various Buddhist schools and styles, including Mindfulness based Stress Reduction (MBSR), mindful yoga and Hatha Yoga and breathing techniques. Experience new, constructive ways of dealing with stress, difficult emotions and thoughts, mindful communication and relationships.
The afternoons are free for deepening your practice, for excursions, a leisurely stroll on the beach, a massage, henna painting or reading in the hammock. There is also time for a counselling session with the MBSR trainer.
